Ingredients

  • 1 banana or fruit of choice
  • 2 oz. / 60 ml yogurt or tofu
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon concentrated fruit juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 oz. / 90 ml soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • dash cinnamon or mace
