What You Will Learn

Whether you have mastered the art of making homemade ravioli dough, or need a little refresher, then this class is for you. First, we'll cover the techniques for making traditional pasta dough that can be colored or flavored in a variety of ways. Once the dough is made, we will create a variety of fillings and sauces to compliment them. There is a reason our ravioli workshops are a favorite amongst our customers…they are fun and delicious!
