What You Will Learn

Soufflés are elegant, impressive, and surprisingly simple to prepare, once you learn the proper technique. In this class our expert instructor will teach you the ins and outs of creating the perfect soufflé by practicing on a few decadent dishes such as Meyer Lemon Soufflé with Raspberry Coulis and a Wild Mushroom and Fontina Soufflé.
