What you will learn
Calling all cake lovers, this one is designed for you! In this 2-day comprehensive workshop we’ll take you the process of baking and creating a number of classic cakes, fillings and frostings. On day one we start with the basics of creating the perfect cake batter for a classic creamed cake, sponge cake and cupcake; as well as explore fun and tasty options to fill each of our decadent cakes. On the second day we’ll wrap things up with 4 unique frosting styles and flavors to pair with our assembled cakes, and then unleash our creativity with some simple decorating techniques.
