What you will learn
Menu: Kansas City-Style BBQ Sauce with Smoked Brisket Bites and Baked Beans - Carolina Mop Sauce Pulled Pork - Grilled Chicken Thighs with Alabama White Sauce on Sweet Rolls - Cornbread Muffins with Honey Butter

Class Description: Who makes the best BBQ—Kansas City, Carolina or Alabama? Yes, yes and yes! Join us for this 3-hour intensive workshop and master the art of smoking brisket, pulling pork and grilling BBQ chicken. You’ll practice creating three flavor-packed regional sauces, along with baked beans and cornbread muffins. Then it’s time for everybody’s favorite part—taste testing!
