Cooking Class Description: Head to the apple orchard and we’ll teach you how to preserve the season. You’ll warm up by using knife skills to slice apples for a fall-inspired meal. You will then learn how to use apple cider to braise chicken and glaze butternut squash. To round out the experience, we’ll make the quintessential autumn dessert of tarte tatin.
