What you will learn
Class Description: Think fruit desserts are just for summer? This class will change your mind. Learn how to savor the bounty of what fruit this season has to offer. Get hands-on practice mixing pastry dough for a rustic tart filled with peak-of-season stone fruit. Take banana bread over the top with pecans and sweetened condensed milk, and learn how to roast strawberries for your new favorite frozen treat. Plus, you’ll take home a 9 3/4" Mason Cash cream mixing bowl (a $25 value).

What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
