What you will learn
Menu: Pumpkin Risotto with Fried Sage and Parmesan - Chicken with Pumpkin Seed Tomatillo Sauce - Baked Pumpkin Doughnuts with Buttermilk Glaze

Class Description: Pumpkin—it’s not just for pie anymore. In this special hands-on class, we’ll show you innovative ways to incorporate fresh pumpkin into a variety of sweet and savory dishes. Our instructor will walk you through all the essentials for prepping and cooking pumpkin. You’ll work alongside classmates honing knife skills and practicing techniques for roasting, creating pan sauce and making a creamy risotto. Plus, we’ll finish on a sweet note as we incorporate the flavors of everyone’s favorite fall fruit into an amazing homemade doughnut.

What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
