Class Description: If you’re intrigued by the idea of saving time with a pressure cooker - or want to learn about the new multi-cooker - but don’t know where to begin, this is the class for you! Our chef instructor will demystify the process and show you how simple (and safe) pressure cooking can be. You’ll get hands-on practice alongside classmates as we cook everything from rice to beef short ribs in record time. Plus, we’ll show you how to create dishes you’d never guess could come from a pressure cooker, including a scrumptious cheesecake. After mastering a few essentials, you’ll look forward to creating slow-cooked flavors without the wait—even on a weeknight.
What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
You will work with other students in groups of 4
Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
