What you will learn
Menu: Hardywood Porter Chili – Beery Corn Muffins with Chile and Cheese- Mixed Winter Greens with Hardywood Great Return IPA Vinaigrette - Hardywood Gingerbread Stout Chocolate Pudding

Class Description: Ranked as Virginia’s Top Brewery in 2014, 2015, and 2016 by users, Hardywood brews both innovative and traditional ales and lagers at the highest caliber, with steadfast quality assurance standards. Hardywood beer has earned international acclaim, including medals at the Great American Beer Festival, World Beer Cup, and Australian International Beer Awards. Hardywood beer is inspired by the diverse climate, agriculture, and community that surrounds us. We take great pride in supporting local growers, brewing with more Virginia ingredients than any other brewery and highlighting the eclectic variety of flavors that only Virginia-grown products can provide. In this class we will create delicious dishes inspired by these flavors.
Join this special class to learn some of the best ways to cook with craft beer!

Please Note: In this class, we will discuss beer and beer pairing, but beer will not be served during class.
