What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: Get cozy in the kitchen as you prepare a French-inspired steak dinner pour deux. We’ll cover essential French techniques—from emulsifying vinaigrette and reducing pan sauce to searing beef and cooking starches. Then we’ll whip egg whites and melt chocolate for a lighter-than-air mousse that’s perfect for sharing.
