What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: Discover the simplicity and charm of traditional French cooking at home. We will teach you how to slow down and savor your meal the French way—in courses. You will practice braising onions in brandy to create the traditional French onion soup and add layers of flavor to entrées and sides with classic sauces. To round out the meal, we’ll fill choux puffs with pastry cream to create scrumptious profiteroles.
