What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: Get set for the tastiest April Fools’ tricks ever! In this fun family class, you’ll learn to make a trio of cleverly disguised treats. We will teach you how to bake meatloaf in cupcake tins and whip up creamy mashed potato frosting. You’ll put together a “grilled cheese sandwich” made of cake and buttercream. Plus, learn techniques for rolling a sweet spin on sushi. You’ll love recreating these recipes at home to fool family and friends.
Please note: Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
You will work with other students in groups of 4
Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
