What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: Join us in this hands-on class where we'll learn to prepare hors d'oeuvres that are perfect for small gatherings. We'll teach you how to wrap bite-sized pieces of juicy tenderloin in flaky pastry for beef Wellingtons . Then, we'll practice caramelizing onions for our luscious mini tarts. Finally, we'll roast, then purée, butternut squash and add it to tasty bite-sized crostini. Once you discover how simple it is to craft these mini versions of holiday favorites, you'll love making them for your next socially distanced soirée.

What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
  • You will work at your own station, with your own equipment.
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 8 students
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
  • Students receive a coupon good for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class
