What you will learn
Menu: Honeycomb Rigatoni with Tomato Sauce and Fresh Mozzarella - Homemade Italian Sausage with Broccoli Rabe - Chocolate and Hazelnut Filled Bomboloni

Class Description: In this class, we will explore soul-satisfying comfort Italian flavors. Join us to practice assembling rigatoni noodles vertically with tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella to form an impressive honeycomb pattern. You will try your hand at preparing your own Italian sausage by adding your own spices and sautéing broccoli rabe. For dessert, we’ll fry round Italian donuts called bomboloni, roll them in sugar and pipe them with creamy chocolate hazelnut filling.

What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
