In this class we’ll share the secrets behind everyone’s favorite dishes from the best steakhouse in town and give the recipes a distinctively Italian twist. First you’ll learn how to prepare the perfect steak, then how to ensure you get the ideal results every time. Our chef will also share timesaving hints for easily bringing this unique cuisine to your table, complete with the mouthwatering sides and dessert too.
