This beautiful cutting board is manufactured from the finest northern-white species of hard rock maple. Cutting board is a bowl shape which is ideal for chopping herbs with a mezzaluna chopper. The shape is designed to bring products being chopped back to the center of the board. The board features cutout handles, making it easy to lift. The cutouts also allow you to slide a dish under the board to empty contents from the board into the dish.
Maple wood is naturally anti-bacterial and won’t harbor any bacteria. The Boos cream finish creates a protective layer that prevents food and moisture from damaging the wood board.
