What you will learn
Cooking Class Description: Take a vacation from your typical dinner routine and explore the flavors of Italy in this class. Roll up your sleeves and learn how to make fresh, hand-cut pasta. Grill shrimp and create a sauce featuring seasonal cherry tomatoes and briny olives. For the finale, we will create a berry crostata with a buttery homemade pie crust. At the end of the class, we will package up your complete meal with instructions on reheating it at home.

What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
  • You will work at your own station, with your own equipment.
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 8 students
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • Students receive a coupon good for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class
