Cooking Class Description: In this fun, hands-on class, we'll walk you through the steps for creating traditional Mexican sopes (savory corn cakes)—from making and shaping dough to pan frying to perfection. You'll enjoy working alongside other students roasting peppers and charring tomatillos to create delicious toppings. Plus, our instructor will share secrets for making authentic refried beans from scratch. Join us and discover how easy it can be to create spicy, south-of-the-border favorites right in your own cocina.
