What you will learn
Turn your kitchen into the bakery of your dreams with our new immersive two-day workshop. On day one, you’ll make the doughs for Italian Rosemary and Roasted Garlic Focaccia and Rustic Dutch Oven French Bread. The next day, your chef instructor will guide you through shaping and the final proof of each dough. By the end of the weekend, you’ll have fresh-from-the-oven loaves.
