Online 2-Day Croissant Workshop (Eastern Time)

Cooking Class Description: Join us for another delicious Focus Series class! In this tactile workshop, our chef instructor will walk you through making from-scratch sweet and savory croissants. You’ll learn how to work with laminated and yeasted dough, as well as tips and techniques for rolling, shaping and proofing. At the end of class, you’ll have an array of delectable croissants and some new kitchen skills.

• Classes are 1 1/2 to 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
  
• Each class is a password-protected Zoom session. You can download Zoom at www.zoom.us
  
• You'll receive an email with a session ID and password 30 minutes prior to your class.
  
• Login to the Zoom session prior to the start time—late attendees may not be admitted.
