Online Focus Series: 2-Day Donut Workshop (Eastern Time)

Cooking Class Description: Dive into all things donuts in our Focus Series Donut class, a luscious two-day workshop where we make three types of treats. Our chef instructor will talk about the history and science of yeasted dough to help you better understand the delicious process behind making donuts. You’ll learn to make the dough from scratch and develop flavor by resting the dough in the fridge overnight. To finish the two-day workshop, we will walk you through the steps of shaping, frying and filling—along with all of the tricks to achieving the perfect donut.
