Online FOCUS SERIES 2-Day Sweet & Savory Croissants (ET)

Join us as we explore the flaky and buttery world of croissants! In this two-day Focus Series, our chef instructor will teach you about yeasted and laminated doughs as you make sweet and savory croissants from scratch. You'll learn the science of proofing and how to properly shape and bake your doughs for beautiful results. By the end, you'll have two flavors of flaky creations and some helpful baking skills.

• Classes are 1 1/2 to 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
  
• Each class is a password-protected Zoom session. You can download Zoom at www.zoom.us
  
• You'll receive an email with a session ID and password 30 minutes prior to your class.
  
• Login to the Zoom session prior to the start time—late attendees may not be admitted.
