Online Focus Series: Caramel Apple Macarons (ET)

Two delectable worlds collide in this latest Focus Series class! Our chef instructor will teach you all of the skills and techniques for conquering Caramel Apple Macarons. In this class, you'll learn to build your batter, how to correctly meringue eggs and tips for coloring your batter. After properly piping and baking your batter, we will make a tasty caramel buttercream with apple compote filling and teach you how to fill your crisp shells. By the end, you'll have perfectly indulgent fall-inspired French macarons ready to enjoy.
