Get ready for some home-cooking fun in our final class of Focus Series: Chicken 101, spotlighting shallow-frying. In this hands-on class, we cover the basics of chicken—from what to buy to breaking down the chicken into 8-10 pieces to crispy results. Our chef instructor will teach you about the different types of brines, marinating, dredging, how to fry and what fats to use, along with indirect cooking methods. You'll end class with a delicious skillet-fried chicken dinner complete with tasty sides.
