Enjoy a whole lot of deliciousness in our latest Focus Series class! Join us for a two-day workshop as we make from-scratch bagels flavored with tasty toppings. Our chef instructor will lead you through the ins and outs of yeasted dough. As you shape, boil and bake your bagels, you'll learn about their history and science. By the end, you'll have a perfect batch of bagels and a new set of baking techniques.
