Online FOCUS SERIES Dough 101: 2-Day Pretzel Workshop (ET)

Let's have some twisted fun in our latest Focus Series class! Join us for a two-day workshop as we make from-scratch soft pretzels and two homemade dipping sauces. Our chef instructor will tell you the intricacies of yeasted dough and how to cold proof your dough in the fridge overnight. As you shape, boil and bake your pretzels, you'll learn about their delicious history. By the end, you'll have perfectly twisted pretzels and a new set of baking techniques.
