What you will learn
We go back to basics in this latest Focus Series class! Our chef instructor will teach you the essential tips and tricks for mastering homemade whole-wheat bread. On day one, you'll make a whole-wheat yeasted dough and learn about the overnight fermenting process. The next day you'll learn to shape and bake your bread to perfection—by the end, you'll have delicious new bread-baking skills.
