What you will learn
Get your French fill in this tasty new Focus Series class! We'll teach you how to make traditional Brittany-style buckwheat crêpes and a version using all-purpose flour too. You'll learn how to properly cook your crêpes, our chef instructor demonstrating in both a crêpe pan and a skillet. As you hear about the different cultural versions of the French crêpe, we will also tell you about traditional serving styles and how to make them ahead of time. By the end, you'll have a newfound understand of these French favorites and cooking skills to match.
