Explore the colorful world of pasta in our latest Focus Series Pasta 101 class! Join us as we make a variety of tagliatelle pasta recipes using spinach, beets, and tomatoes. Our chef instructor will teach you about the components of pasta, how to flavor pasta dough with vegetables to attain a specific flavor and color.
