Online FOCUS SERIES Pasta 101: Filled Pasta (ET)

Fill your pasta cravings in our Focus Series Pasta 101 class! Join us as we make a variety of filled pasta including ravioli, tortellini and agnolotti. Our chef instructor will teach you about the components of pasta, the best ingredients, and what tools to use for creating the perfect pasta. As you shape and fill your dough, we will get into the history of pasta shapes, and how to store and freeze your creations. Advance your pasta-making skills even further in our other upcoming Pasta 101 classes.
