Online Focus Series: Pistachio Macarons (Eastern Time)

Cooking Class Description: We get a little nutty in this latest Focus Series class! Our chef instructor will teach you all the skills and techniques for conquering Pistachio Macarons. In this class, you’ll learn to build your batter, how to correctly meringue eggs and tips for coloring your batter. After properly piping and baking your batter, we will make a delicious pistachio crème filling and teach you how to fill your crisp shells. By the end, you’ll have perfectly indulgent spring-inspired French macarons ready to enjoy.
