What you will learn
Fire up the grill, it's time for our latest Focus Series! In this second installment of our Seafood 101 series, we focus on grilling salmon. You'll learn everything from how it's caught to the different types of salmon and how to properly purchase and store your fish. Our chef instructor will teach you about the importance of salmon skin, two-zone cooking and accurate cook times. To finish class, you'll make a tasty sauce to go with your delicious meal. Take this class on its own or round out your seafood training in our final Seafood 101 class.
