What you will learn
Summer is the perfect time to indulge in seafood! In this first installment of our Seafood 101 series, we focus on roasting salmon. You'll learn everything from how it's caught to the different kinds of salmon and how to purchase and store your fish. Our chef instructor will walk you through the step-by-step instructions for marinating and roasting your salmon to perfection—providing you with the ultimate seafood guide. By the end of class, you'll have a delicious salmon dinner ready to eat and some skills to take with you. Enjoy this class alone or stack it with our other Seafood 101 classes to learn about grilling and steaming fish.
