In this class, our chef instructor will teach you everything about halibut, why it's called the "steak of seafood" and best purchasing practices. Learn how to properly steam your fish, why it should be your go-to cooking method and other cooking variations. By the end of class, you'll have a tasty seafood dinner complete with a lovely dessert and useful cooking techniques to use again and again.
