By E’Cucina Home

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings, trimmed
  • 1 cup of your favorite Bourbon
  • 1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed (approximately 12 ounces)
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Procedure

Preheat Air Fryer to 330°F.

Clean all chicken wings and pat dry.

Combine remaining ingredients in a medium pot and bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes until glaze has reduced.

Coat wings with mixture.

Place in Air Fryer, 1 pound at a time, for approximately 15 to 20 minutes until wings begin to color and glaze becomes shiny.

Consider garnishing with minced chives and diced apples (as pictured).

Serve immediately.
