Grilled Veggie Rub Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of your favorite grilled veggies (Zucchini, Onions, Squash, Peppers, etc.)
  • Olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Tom Douglas Veggie Rub
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt



Procedure

Brush veggies with olive oil, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Veggie Rub and grill until caramelized. Cool.

Chop Veggies to a fine dice (should yield approx. 1 cup).

Mix veggies with sour cream and yogurt and serve with crackers or veggies.
