Power Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 teaspoons chia seeds
2 teaspoon hemp seeds
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen blackberries
1/3 cup frozen pineapple
½ frozen banana
 

Procedure

Place all ingredients into a blender starting with the coconut milk and ending with the frozen fruit

Using the smoothie settings, blend until thick and creamy

Scoop into a bowl and top with almond butter, berries, and chia seeds and hemp seeds

Enjoy!
