Strawberry Limoncello Spritz

- ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries
- ¼ to ½ oz simple syrup (to taste)
- 1 oz limoncello
- 4 oz prosecco
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh strawberry and lemon slices, for garnish
Procedure
Procedure:
In a large glass, gently muddle the chopped strawberries with the simple syrup until the juices release.
Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the limoncello and Prosecco. Stir gently to combine, then top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a few slices of strawberries and lemon. Serve immediately and enjoy!
