Thyme Stem Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • Small handful thyme stems
  • 1 bottle dry sparkling rose wine



Procedure

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, thyme stems and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and let steep for about 1 hour. Strain.

Stir a spoonful of thyme syrup into each glass of rose. Serve with or without ice.
