Tokyo Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1lb colorful baby carrots, split in half lengthwise
  • ¼ cup This Little Goat Went to Tokyo
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter

  • Procedure

    Melt butter and Tokyo sauce together. Toss carrots in glaze. Roast at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fork tender.
