An adult version of everyone’s childhood favorite, these bite-size starters feature mounds of sweet, freshly caught Maine Lobster that pair perfectly with a flavorful four-cheese blend of mild cream cheese, Swiss cheese and the slight sharper notes of Parmesan and Romano. Served on buttered sourdough bread, all ready to heat and eat.
Keep in freezer for up to one year. Product frozen in a temperature-controlled shipper. Ships with ice packs; may thaw in transit. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. To serve, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking. If leftovers exist, consume within 24 hours. Cut a slit in the plastic wrap and microwave for 30 seconds. Place sandwiches in a sauté pan and grill each side for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
