Cake Decorating 101: Fondant

Although thought of as tricky to work with, once you learn the tricks of how to work with this special decorating medium you will transform your cakes into something spectacular. Our chef instructor will teach you how to cover a cake with rolled fondant for a flawlessly smooth finish, create beautiful colors using fondant, and how to use additional decorating techniques to crown your masterpiece.
