  • A: Each course has a in-class Discussion area—as long as your friends are enrolled in the same class, you’ll be able to post messages and pictures or ask questions. You can also share your progress through the course with links to social media.
  • Q: I’m interested in learning how to cook XX, but I don’t see a course for that. Can I make a suggestion?

Great Tips and Tricks for Delicious Pies!
I really liked how Chef Angie Lee shares helpful tips and tricks, throughout the class. Recipes that seemed daunting before, now seem doable, at home.

Easier than I thought
I was blown away by some of the simple tricks and techniques that Chef Angie passes along to ease the process making. To date, I've enjoyed eating pies a whole lot more than I've enjoyed making them. I've been especially intimidated making crusts, but thanks to Chef Angie all of that's changing and we'll be eating a lot more pie around my house!

I can make crust!
I think we all love pie but the thought of crust from scratch is a bit overwhelming. This class made it really easy and I was skeptical. The best part is that you can pause it....so it really is on your terms and with two kids, this is required.

Very very cool.

Why didn't you give the quantity of the recipe ingredients of pie crust? Do other recipes have the quantities?

BEST ANSWER: Sorry, Dulyce. I'm not sure I understand the question. I took a look at the pie crust recipe in the class and I see quantities listed for each ingredient in the recipe. Are you not seeing them, or am I misunderstanding your question?
I paid for this course on the 13th and the email I received does not automatically take me to the class. I followed all instructions and it still isn't working. :( please help me. How do I start the class and see the material?

Is lard used in pie crust class?

BEST ANSWER: As far as I remember the crust only has butter,no crisp of.Maybe it was mentioned that you could use lard,but butter was the go to fat.
