  • A: Our classes are great for cooks of all skill levels—pick whichever one sounds interesting to you.
  • Q: Can I take a course with my friends?
  • A: Each course has a in-class Discussion area—as long as your friends are enrolled in the same class, you’ll be able to post messages and pictures or ask questions. You can also share your progress through the course with links to social media.
  • Q: I’m interested in learning how to cook XX, but I don’t see a course for that. Can I make a suggestion?
  • A: Sure! We’re always interested in hearing from you. And keep checking our Courses page—we add new classes on a regular basis.
  • Q: Can I download my class to watch offline?
  • A: Access to the course itself requires a working internet connection. That said, the recipes and some supplemental course materials can be downloaded for offline use.

Easy to follow, lots of recipes
Shocked at how tasty AND quick these were. Lots of little cooking tips too, which I like. I was worried the pace would be too quick as I cooked, but it worked out well. Would buy again

Feels like a Personal Cooking Class!
To be honest, I thought this class would be like other online tutorials, where you’re just watching the video and get the recipes, so I was hesitant to buy it. But it really made me feel like I was taking a private class in person, in my own kitchen! The videos are easy to follow along with and don’t rush, so you can actually make the dishes as the chef makes them. Speaking of which, Chef Mary Nolan is such a great teacher! She really walks you through every step of the process and how to prep. An awesome find for busy people, couples, and families who want to cook together.

Fast, Easy, Fresh it is!
I'm not normally one to cook or eat mushrooms, but I figured I'd give it a go! Wow, is all I have to say - the seared mushrooms with garlic and thyme was not only simple and quick, but the flavor was perfect & enjoyable. Can't wait to try the other recipes from this class and buy the other classes!
