So Motivating!
I can't wait to get cooking after watching this class! Loved Mary Nolan's style, her approach makes everything seem so easy to do yourself. Definitely learned a lot that I'll be bringing to my recipes moving forward. Grilled beets are one of my favorites and I'm excited to try this version. All of the recipes would be good weeknight, weekend, or even to impress guests.

Brined Vegetables with Spiced Seed Sprinkle
Each flavor of vegetables are so stands out and spiced seed (pumpkin seeds) was so crunchy, nutty and good to go with wine. So wonderful. Those were very new flavor and cooking style and I was amazed. Thank you.
