I had originally enjoyed the various online classes. It was great to have that visual you could view over and over, and it was nice to not have to drive an hour and a half to the closest store that actually offered classes. However, the enjoyment ended with this class. The claim in the description of the class is that you can ask questions. That part is true; however, don't expect an answer because that no longer happens. I asked a question in February 2017 (it's now December). No answer. A month later, I asked if the instructor (or somebody with Sur La Table) could please answer my question that still hadn't been answered. Still nothing. What a disappointment. These classes had such promise, but the lack of follow through is disappointing at best.

What kitchen tools will I need for this class?
Amanda on Aug 24, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I don't know what kitchen tools you 'need', the tools I used were: a KitchenAid mixer with a dough hook, a scale to weigh the flour, a measuring cup for the water, measuring spoons for the yeast and salt, an instant read thermometer to measure the water temperature, a plastic container to hold the dough while it is rising, two plastic dough scrapers - one with a rounded bottom for bowls and one with a straight bottom when you are shaping the dough, and a stainless Steel scrapper when you are working on the toppings, Epicurean cutting boards - one for shaping the dough and one for cutting the toppings, and Epicurean pizza peels, and in the oven I use the Baking Steel
Does this class show you how to make pizza with a baking steel?
A shopper on Dec 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yes - although I used a pizza stone and it worked fine
May I watch the course multiple times?
A shopper on Sep 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes. You can watch as many times as you'd like.
