  • A: Each course has a in-class Discussion area—as long as your friends are enrolled in the same class, you’ll be able to post messages and pictures or ask questions. You can also share your progress through the course with links to social media.
  • Q: I’m interested in learning how to cook XX, but I don’t see a course for that. Can I make a suggestion?
  • A: Sure! We’re always interested in hearing from you. And keep checking our Courses page—we add new classes on a regular basis.
  • Q: Can I download my class to watch offline?
  • A: Access to the course itself requires a working internet connection. That said, the recipes and some supplemental course materials can be downloaded for offline use.

Will the courses tell me what equipment I need to cook in each of these on-line classes?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, at the beginning of each section, you are told what equipment you will need for that particular lesson.
Does this class also teach you how to prepare the meats used in the recipes?

BEST ANSWER: I have the online class "Sauces 101". The recipes containing meats are Beef Medallions with Bernaise Sauce and Seared Chicken Breasts with White Wine-Dijon Pan Sauce. In addition to showing how to make the sauces, they also demonstrate how to grill the beef and fry the chicken. They show you how to make the complete dish.
Do we get unlimited access to the video, if not, for how long is it available?

BEST ANSWER: Hi Dora, from what I understand the videos are available for as long as we want them. While you are playing the video/making the dish, you have the option to pause and rewind. Also, each lesson you buy (Sauces 101) has a few recipes. There is a video for each of the recipes, not one video for all of the recipes in all. I did notice that for one of the recipes I made that the printable recipe varied slightly from the video recipe but I was able to quickly adapt (they added one more ingredient that the printable recipe did not call for). I hope this helps and I did not confuse you!!
Once I have watched the entire two hours of class may I go back and review some things?I guess what I’m asking is there a time limit?

BEST ANSWER: No, there is not a time limit. You can start and stop the video whenever you want. You may also go back or fast forward the video.
