Class Description: Laugh and learn alongside your classmates as you prepare a menu of scrumptious, chef-inspired dishes. Our instructor will share secrets for everything from working with seasonal ingredients to creating vinaigrette and pan sauces from scratch. We'll walk you through the steps for perfectly searing scallops and steak. Then we'll round out the evening by baking a decadent chocolate dessert you'll look forward to recreating for family and friends.

- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
- You will work with other students in groups of 4
- Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
