Class Description: When was the last time you made pad Thai instead of ordering it in? Learn pad Thai basics from cutting vegetables, to soaking rice noodles and wok frying this Thai favorite dish! We'll even share the secret recipe for the sauce that brings it all together.

What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, rotational hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Technique Classes are 45 minutes in length, and are limited to 20 students
  • You will be standing, cooking and observing for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • You will enjoy a taste of the dish
  • Students receive a coupon good for 10% off in-store purchases the day of class
